Replacement / Exchange Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will gladly replace/ exchange it for you!

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you received a defective item, please let us know right away.

What can be replaced?

  • Items that are incorrect (you have received the wrong size or colour)
  • Items that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect

What can’t be replaced?

  • Items that you simply changed your mind about or no longer want
  • Items that are used, worn, or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date

How to get a replacement:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach them by email at [email protected] or by phone at +91 82915 96668.
  2. Let them know the issue with your item (wrong or damaged) and request a replacement/ exchange.
  3. We will initiate a return pickup within 2-3 business days.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you a replacement within 7 business days.

Additional notes:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping the wrong or damaged item to us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replaced/ exchanged product.
  • Orders are not eligible for refunds, but you can get a replacement/ exchange.

We recommend keeping your original packaging and tags in case you need to replace/ exchange a product.
