Yes . By providing your GST number at the time of checkout, you will be able to claim the GST Credit Refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. For international orders shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs or other fees are to be borne by the customer. In case of any further queries, please reach out to us at info@mefree.com

Yes. All taxes, duties and cess are included in the product price for delivery in India. However for shipping outside India, the required shipping charges are applicable and are to be paid by the customer.

Currently, Mefree does not provide the option for Cash On Delivery (COD) for any of your products.

Usually for deliveries in Mumbai it takes two days and for Outstation Deliveries in India 4 to 5 days time is required.

Return, Exchange & Warranty

Only in case of any manufacturing defects, you can return your products within 7 working days of receiving your products.

Exchange of products is possible only if informed to us within 24hours of purchase. In this case, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges for new products that he/she wishes to order. Please connect with our support team for more assistance info@mefree.com

Once your request is received and approved by us, the return shall take 7 working days to get processed.

Once initiated the refund will be processed within 7 working days

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If you haven’t received a refund even after 30 working days since your refund request, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mefree.com

The return will not be accepted if the product has been damaged by the customer or used by the customer.
