Payment

Yes . By providing your GST number at the time of checkout, you will be able to claim the GST Credit Refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. For international orders shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs or other fees are to be borne by the customer. In case of any further queries, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Yes. All taxes, duties and cess are included in the product price for delivery in India. However for shipping outside India, the required shipping charges are applicable and are to be paid by the customer.

Currently, Mefree does not provide the option for Cash On Delivery (COD) for any of your products.

Usually for deliveries in Mumbai it takes two days and for Outstation Deliveries in India 4 to 5 days time is required.

Return, Exchange & Warranty

Only in case of any manufacturing defects, you can return your products within 7 working days of receiving your products.

Exchange of products is possible only if informed to us within 24hours of purchase. In this case, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges for new products that he/she wishes to order. Please connect with our support team for more assistance [email protected]

Once your request is received and approved by us, the return shall take 7 working days to get processed.

Once initiated the refund will be processed within 7 working days

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If you haven’t received a refund even after 30 working days since your refund request, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

The return will not be accepted if the product has been damaged by the customer or used by the customer.

Gift Card Redemption

To redeem your gift card, follow these simple steps:

  • Add items to your cart: Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Go to ‘View Cart’. Here you can see an option to redeem your gift card, so click on ‘My Wallet’. Please note that you need to log in/register to add a gift card to your wallet.
  • Select ‘Recharge via Gift Card’: in Wallet, select ‘Recharge via Gift Card’ and enter your unique Gift Card code and proceed. The amount would be added to your MeFree wallet!
  • Proceed to checkout. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page. Do fill in or check your delivery details.
  • Click ‘Pay via Wallet’ in the order summary: And your gift card money would be used!
  • Complete your purchase: Continue with the checkout process to complete your order.

Note:

  • Gift Cards can only be used once.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • If the Gift Card balance is less than your order total, you can pay the remaining amount using other payment methods.
  • If the Gift Card balance is more than your order total, the extra amount will stay in your MeFree wallet for future orders.
